Matt Cler is a firefighter/paramedic at Aberdeen Fire & Rescue. He was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer called Fibrolamellar Hepatocellular Carcinoma, a type of liver cancer that primarily affects people in their teens and twenties. Doctors diagnosed him with the disease in 2011. He had been in the clear for about two and a half years and then in December of this last year it came back in the lymph nodes and he's been battling courageously ever since.
There is a fundraiser taking place at 5pm on on June 18th at the Eagles Club in Aberdeen.
Please visit our online store to purchase t-shirts to benefit Matt also, only $10!
